The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on last twenty-fifth of August, 2023. The meeting was presided over HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in participation.
After call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were considered and approved with some amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a concise financial report outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised questions regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed playground construction and parking regulations.
- Association members addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing updates about the initiatives.
Concluding the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, on the same day next month.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is currently examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the value of life for all residents while addressing current concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and forward their suggestions by September 1st.
- A community forum will be arranged on July 20th to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by adding shrubs, cleaning up public zones, and encouraging a sense of pride.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. By actively participating, residents can help deter crime, keep an eye on one another's belongings, and foster a safer sense of community. Meetings will be held consistently to discuss.
